Notice of Pending Distribution of Auto Parts Settlements

Approximately 40 cases are ongoing in Canada relating to the alleged price-fixing of various automotive parts that were purchased by Honda and certain other automotive companies. No wrongdoing is alleged against Honda and it was not named as a defendant in the class actions.

Settlements have been reached with defendants in the automotive wire harness systems class actions and settlement funds are ready to be distributed to settlement class members. Subject to court approval, the settlement funds in six other auto parts price-fixing cases will be distributed in conjunction with the wire harness settlement funds.

Pursuant to court order, Honda Canada provided information to the claims administrator to facilitate the distribution of the settlement funds.
